Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details—including dates, room type, and contact information—are accurate before finalizing the reservation.
Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Security Deposit: A valid credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges or potential damages.
Rates: All rates are subject to availability and may change without notice. Rates do not include local and state occupancy taxes unless specifically stated.
Payment: Full payment is typically due upon arrival or as specified during the booking process. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or property, missing items, or additional services utilized during their stay.
Non-Smoking Policy: Monsoon Inn maintains a 100% non-smoking policy inside all guest rooms and public indoor areas. A cleaning fee (minimum $250) will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Quiet Hours: To ensure the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pet Policy: We offer select pet-friendly rooms. Guests must notify the inn in advance if traveling with pets. Additional fees and weight restrictions may apply.
Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves or their visitors.
Personal Property: Monsoon Inn is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of money, jewelry, or other personal valuables left in guest rooms or vehicles.
Service Disruptions: While we strive to provide all listed amenities, we are not liable for the temporary unavailability of facilities (e.g., swimming pool, Wi-Fi) due to maintenance, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We value your privacy. Your personal and payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels. By using our system, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and improving our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jefferson County, Texas.
Monsoon Inn reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
